| CVE-2026-98828 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 6.2 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath9k: reject short WMI command responses ath9k_wmi_rsp_callback() removes the validated WMI header and copies the number of bytes expected by the waiting command into its response buffer. A device response shorter than that expectation can therefore be read beyond the skb payload. Record -EMSGSIZE for a short response, complete the waiter, and return the stored status from the command path. This also prevents callers from consuming stale response bytes as a successful reply. | ||||
| CVE-2026-68906 | 1 Mz-automation | 1 Libiec61850 | 2026-10-19 | N/A |
| libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. Prior to 1.6.2, parseUserInformation in src/mms/iso_acse/acse.c checks len for zero before validating the negative bufPos returned by BerDecoder_decodeLength for a truncated long-form length. The continue path therefore swallows the error, reads buffer[-1], resets parsing to the beginning, and repeats the same malformed state. An unauthenticated remote peer can send a malformed AARE PDU during association to cause an infinite CPU loop under a normal allocator or a one-byte out-of-bounds read and process abort when the preceding byte is inaccessible. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-78628 | 1 Okta | 1 Okta Credential Provider For Windows | 2026-10-19 | 6 Medium |
| The Okta Credential Provider for Windows does not validate a serialized credential buffer before interpreting it as a Kerberos logon structure. The buffer size and packed string offsets are not checked. Processing a malformed buffer can cause the credential provider process to terminate unexpectedly or lead to out-of-bounds memory reads and writes, which may result in the disclosure of adjacent process memory into local system logs. | ||||

| CVE-2026-11803 | 1 Autodesk | 4 Autocad, Autocad Lt, Dwg Trueview and 1 more | 2026-10-19 | 7.8 High |
| A maliciously crafted PDF file, when parsed through Autodesk Revit, can force an Out-of-Bounds Read vulnerability. A malicious actor can leverage this vulnerability to cause a crash, read sensitive data, or execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-84286 | 1 Turboderp-org | 1 Exllamav3 | 2026-10-19 | 9.8 Critical |
| ExLlamaV3’s EXL3 loader uses an untrusted, model-supplied index to select a CUDA kernel without first verifying that the index is within bounds. A malicious model can force the code to read and invoke an out‑of‑range function pointer, resulting in a reproducible crash. Under specific conditions involving certain host memory layouts, it may be possible for an attacker to exploit this vulnerability to achieve controlled indirect kernel dispatch during model load. | ||||
| CVE-2026-56210 | 2 Aomedia, Redhat | 7 Libaom, Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-10-19 | 7.1 High |
| A heap-buffer-overflow read vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A missing bounds check in the SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control function allows setting a spatial_layer_id exceeding the configured number of layers. This causes an out-of-bounds heap read of approximately 40,728 bytes when computing a layer context array index. An attacker who can influence SVC encoder parameters in a network-facing service could exploit this for information disclosure (heap content leak) or denial of service (segmentation fault from hitting unmapped memory). | ||||
| CVE-2026-98611 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 4.4 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Check params size before reading reserved fields bpf_crypto_ctx_create() is a kfunc whose second argument is declared with the __sz annotation, so the verifier only guarantees that params__sz bytes of params are valid. The function nevertheless reads params->reserved[0] and params->reserved[1] (offsets 14 and 15) before comparing params__sz against the size of struct bpf_crypto_params, so a BPF program can pass a shorter buffer and have the kernel read past the region that was validated for it. Move the size check in front of the reserved field reads. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98599 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-19 | 6.7 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Reject non-negative offsets in stack_slot_obj_get_spi() bpf_get_spi() computes (-off - 1) / BPF_REG_SIZE using C division, which truncates toward zero. For off == 0, this produces spi 0, the same index used by the valid stack slot at fp-8. stack_slot_obj_get_spi() currently checks alignment and the resulting spi bounds, but does not reject the non-negative offset itself. It can therefore validate a PTR_TO_STACK register holding fp+0 against an iterator stored at fp-8 even though the runtime receives the actual fp+0 pointer. An effectful iterator kfunc can then interpret memory outside the BPF stack as iterator state. Reject non-negative offsets before converting the offset to an spi. All valid stack objects begin at a negative offset from the frame pointer. | ||||
