CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability has been identified in Mendix Applications using Mendix 10 (All versions < V10.11.0), Mendix Applications using Mendix 10 (V10.6) (All versions < V10.6.9), Mendix Applications using Mendix 9 (All versions >= V9.3.0 < V9.24.22). Affected applications could allow users with the capability to manage a role to elevate the access rights of users with that role. Successful exploitation requires to guess the id of a target role which contains the elevated access rights. |
| There is a ClusterRole in piraeus-operator v2.5.0 and earlier which has been granted list secrets permission, which allows an attacker to impersonate the service account bound to this ClusterRole and use its high-risk privileges to list confidential information across the cluster. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in Siemens License Server (SLS) (All versions < V4.3). The affected application searches for executable files in the application folder without proper validation.
This could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code with administrative privileges by placing a malicious executable in the same directory. |
| Harden-Runner is a CI/CD security agent that works like an EDR for GitHub Actions runners. Versions from 0.12.0 to before 2.12.0 are vulnerable to `disable-sudo` bypass. Harden-Runner includes a policy option `disable-sudo` to prevent the GitHub Actions runner user from using sudo. This is implemented by removing the runner user from the sudoers file. However, this control can be bypassed as the runner user, being part of the docker group, can interact with the Docker daemon to launch privileged containers or access the host filesystem. This allows the attacker to regain root access or restore the sudoers file, effectively bypassing the restriction. This issue has been patched in version 2.12.0. |
| An issue in spidernet-io spiderpool v.0.9.3 and before allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code via a crafted command to get the token component. |
| Incorrect access control in the UART/Serial interface on the LB-LINK BL-W1210M v2.0 router allows attackers to access the root terminal without authentication. |
| wn-dusk-plugin (Dusk plugin) is a plugin which integrates Laravel Dusk browser testing into Winter CMS. The Dusk plugin provides some special routes as part of its testing framework to allow a browser environment (such as headless Chrome) to act as a user in the Backend or User plugin without having to go through authentication. This route is `[[URL]]/_dusk/login/[[USER ID]]/[[MANAGER]]` - where `[[URL]]` is the base URL of the site, `[[USER ID]]` is the ID of the user account and `[[MANAGER]]` is the authentication manager (either `backend` for Backend, or `user` for the User plugin). If a configuration of a site using the Dusk plugin is set up in such a way that the Dusk plugin is available publicly and the test cases in Dusk are run with live data, this route may potentially be used to gain access to any user account in either the Backend or User plugin without authentication. As indicated in the `README`, this plugin should only be used in development and should *NOT* be used in a production instance. It is specifically recommended that the plugin be installed as a development dependency only in Composer. In order to remediate this issue, the special routes used above will now no longer be registered unless the `APP_ENV` environment variable is specifically set to `dusk`. Since Winter by default does not use this environment variable and it is not populated by default, it will only exist if Dusk's automatic configuration is used (which won't exhibit this vulnerability) or if a developer manually specifies it in their configuration. The automatic configuration performed by the Dusk plugin has also been hardened by default to use sane defaults and not allow external environment variables to leak into this configuration. This will only affect users in which the Winter CMS installation meets ALL the following criteria: 1. The Dusk plugin is installed in the Winter CMS instance. 2. The application is in production mode (ie. the `debug` config value is set to `true` in `config/app.php`). 3. The Dusk plugin's automatic configuration has been overridden, either by providing a custom `.env.dusk` file or by providing custom configuration in the `config/dusk` folder, or by providing configuration environment variables externally. 4. The environment has been configured to use production data in the database for testing, and not the temporary SQLite database that Dusk uses by default. 5. The application is connectable via the web. This issue has been fixed in version 2.1.0. Users are advised to upgrade. |
| Improper privilege management vulnerability in Novakon P series allows attackers to gain root privileges if one service is compromized. This issue affects P series: P – V2001.A.C518o2 until P-2.0.05 Build
2026.02.06 (commit d0f97fd9). |
| An issue in TeraByte Unlimited Image for Windows v.3.64.0.0 and before and fixed in v.4.0.0.0 allows a local attacker to escalate privileges via the TBOFLHelper64.sys and TBOFLHelper.sys component. |
| SQL Injection vulnerability in Tongtianxing Technology Co., Ltd CMSV6 v.7.31.0.2 through v.7.31.0.3 allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges and obtain sensitive information via the ids parameter. |
| The Altiris Core Agent Updater package (AeXNSC.exe) is prone to an elevation of privileges vulnerability through DLL hijacking. |
| Kloxo versions 6.1.12 and earlier contain two setuid root binaries—lxsuexec and lxrestart—that allow local privilege escalation from uid 48. The lxsuexec binary performs a uid check and permits execution of arbitrary commands as root if the invoking user matches uid 48. This flaw enables attackers with Apache-level access to escalate privileges to root without authentication. |
| theshit is a command-line utility that automatically detects and fixes common mistakes in shell commands. Prior to version 0.1.1, the application loads custom Python rules and configuration files from user-writable locations (e.g., `~/.config/theshit/`) without validating ownership or permissions when executed with elevated privileges. If the tool is invoked with `sudo` or otherwise runs with an effective UID of root, it continues to trust configuration files originating from the unprivileged user's environment. This allows a local attacker to inject arbitrary Python code via a malicious rule or configuration file, which is then executed with root privileges. Any system where this tool is executed with elevated privileges is affected. In environments where the tool is permitted to run via `sudo` without a password (`NOPASSWD`), a local unprivileged user can escalate privileges to root without additional interaction. The issue has been fixed in version 0.1.1. The patch introduces strict ownership and permission checks for all configuration files and custom rules. The application now enforces that rules are only loaded if they are owned by the effective user executing the tool. When executed with elevated privileges (`EUID=0`), the application refuses to load any files that are not owned by root or that are writable by non-root users. When executed as a non-root user, it similarly refuses to load rules owned by other users. This prevents both vertical and horizontal privilege escalation via execution of untrusted code. If upgrading is not possible, users should avoid executing the application with `sudo` or as the root user. As a temporary mitigation, ensure that directories containing custom rules and configuration files are owned by root and are not writable by non-root users. Administrators may also audit existing custom rules before running the tool with elevated privileges. |
| Chef InSpec versions up to 5.23 and before 7.0.107 creates named pipes with overly permissive default Windows access controls. A local attacker may interfere with the pipe connection process and exploit the insufficient access restrictions to assume the InSpec execution context, potentially resulting in elevated privileges or operational disruption.
This issue affects Chef Inspec: through 5.23 and before 7.0.107 |
| The StrongDM Windows service incorrectly handled communication related to system certificate management. Attackers could exploit this behavior to install untrusted root certificates or remove trusted ones. |
| Improper Privilege Management vulnerability in Qube One Ltd. Redirection for Contact Form 7 wpcf7-redirect allows Privilege Escalation. This issue affects Redirection for Contact Form 7: from n/a through 2.7.0. |
| A local privilege escalation vulnerability has been identified in the Kaba exos 9300 System management application (d9sysdef.exe). Within this application it is possible to specify an arbitrary executable as well as the weekday and start time, when the specified executable should be run with SYSTEM privileges. |
| ADB(Android Debug Bridge) is affected by type privilege bypass, successful exploitation of this vulnerability may affect service availability. |
| A vulnerability has been identified whereby privilege escalation checks are not properly enforced for RoleTemplateobjects when external=true, which in specific scenarios can lead to privilege escalation. |
| FrostWire 6.14.0-build-326 for macOS contains permissive entitlements (allow-dyld-environment-variables, disable-library-validation) that allow unprivileged local attackers to inject code into the FrostWire process via the DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES environment variable. This allows escalated privileges to arbitrary TCC-approved directories. |
