CVE-2025-21727 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-10-15 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: padata: fix UAF in padata_reorder A bug was found when run ltp test: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in padata_find_next+0x29/0x1a0 Read of size 4 at addr ffff88bbfe003524 by task kworker/u113:2/3039206 CPU: 0 PID: 3039206 Comm: kworker/u113:2 Kdump: loaded Not tainted 6.6.0+ Workqueue: pdecrypt_parallel padata_parallel_worker Call Trace: <TASK> dump_stack_lvl+0x32/0x50 print_address_description.constprop.0+0x6b/0x3d0 print_report+0xdd/0x2c0 kasan_report+0xa5/0xd0 padata_find_next+0x29/0x1a0 padata_reorder+0x131/0x220 padata_parallel_worker+0x3d/0xc0 process_one_work+0x2ec/0x5a0 If 'mdelay(10)' is added before calling 'padata_find_next' in the 'padata_reorder' function, this issue could be reproduced easily with ltp test (pcrypt_aead01). This can be explained as bellow: pcrypt_aead_encrypt ... padata_do_parallel refcount_inc(&pd->refcnt); // add refcnt ... padata_do_serial padata_reorder // pd while (1) { padata_find_next(pd, true); // using pd queue_work_on ... padata_serial_worker crypto_del_alg padata_put_pd_cnt // sub refcnt padata_free_shell padata_put_pd(ps->pd); // pd is freed // loop again, but pd is freed // call padata_find_next, UAF } In the padata_reorder function, when it loops in 'while', if the alg is deleted, the refcnt may be decreased to 0 before entering 'padata_find_next', which leads to UAF. As mentioned in [1], do_serial is supposed to be called with BHs disabled and always happen under RCU protection, to address this issue, add synchronize_rcu() in 'padata_free_shell' wait for all _do_serial calls to finish. CVE-2026-109729 1 Mozilla 2 Firefox, Thunderbird 2026-10-14 5.4 Medium
Use-after-free in the JavaScript Engine: JIT component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 158, Firefox ESR 115.43, Firefox ESR 153.5, Thunderbird 158, and Thunderbird 153.5.
CVE-2026-42014 2 Gnu, Redhat 17 Gnutls, Cert Manager, Discovery and 14 more 2026-10-14 6.6 Medium
A flaw was found in GnuTLS. The `gnutls_pkcs11_token_set_pin` function, used for changing the Security Officer PIN, can lead to a use-after-free vulnerability. This occurs when an attacker attempts to change the PIN with a NULL old PIN for a token that lacks a protected authentication path.
CVE-2026-2100 2 P11-kit Project, Redhat 9 P11-kit, Cert Manager, Cost Management and 6 more 2026-10-14 5.3 Medium
A flaw was found in p11-kit. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by calling the C_DeriveKey function on a remote token with specific IBM kyber or IBM btc derive mechanism parameters set to NULL. This could lead to the RPC-client attempting to return an uninitialized value, potentially resulting in a NULL dereference or undefined behavior. This issue may cause an application level denial of service or other unpredictable system states.
CVE-2026-19939 1 Zephyrproject 1 Zephyr 2026-10-14 6.3 Medium
The AVDTP signalling layer arms a 6-second command timeout (AVDTP_TIMEOUT) in avdtp_send_cmd() whenever the local device issues an AVDTP request. Every response handler in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/avdtp.c cancels session->timeout_work before clearing the pending request, but bt_avdtp_l2cap_disconnected() only cleared session->req and left the delayable work armed. The struct bt_avdtp session is the first member of struct bt_a2dp, whose instances live in a static per-connection array, and a2dp_get_connection() in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/a2dp.c wipes a slot with memset() as soon as session->br_chan.chan.conn is NULL — which the L2CAP layer arranges immediately after the disconnect callback returns. A remote Bluetooth BR/EDR peer triggers the condition by opening the AVDTP signalling channel, letting the local application issue an AVDTP procedure (the standard A2DP flow issues bt_a2dp_discover() from the connected callback), then tearing the signalling channel down without responding and re-opening it within the remaining timeout window. The reconnect reaches a2dp_accept() → a2dp_get_connection(), which zeroes the whole struct bt_a2dp while the work item's struct _timeout is still linked into the kernel's global timeout list. Both the disconnect and the reconnect instants are chosen by the attacker, so no race has to be won; an encrypted BR/EDR link is required, and CONFIG_BT_A2DP (experimental) must be enabled. With the default CONFIG_TIMEOUT_BACKEND_DLIST backend the kernel decides a timeout is inactive by testing whether its list node is linked, so after the memset() the kernel treats a node that is still on the global timeout list as free: the announce path pops a node whose links and handler pointer are NULL, and the next bt_work_reschedule() on the recycled session re-inserts the same node into a list that already contains it. The consequence is corruption of the single kernel data structure every timer, timeslice and sleep depends on — writes through zeroed or stale list pointers and a NULL handler dispatch — producing a system-wide crash or hang rather than a fault confined to the A2DP session. The fix cancels session->timeout_work at the top of bt_avdtp_l2cap_disconnected() and moves k_work_init_delayable() from avdtp_send_cmd() to the session-establishment paths bt_avdtp_connect() and bt_avdtp_l2cap_accept(), so the work item is always initialized before a disconnect callback can run.
CVE-2022-42895 2 Linux, Redhat 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus and 1 more 2026-10-14 5.1 Medium
There is an infoleak vulnerability in the Linux kernel's net/bluetooth/l2cap_core.c's l2cap_parse_conf_req function which can be used to leak kernel pointers remotely. We recommend upgrading past commit  https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/b1a2cd50c0357f243b7435a732b4e62ba3157a2e https://www.google.com/url
CVE-2026-110151 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-14 8.8 High
Use after free in Media in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.79 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
CVE-2020-8231 6 Debian, Haxx, Oracle and 3 more 6 Debian Linux, Libcurl, Communications Cloud Native Core Policy and 3 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
Due to use of a dangling pointer, libcurl 7.29.0 through 7.71.1 can use the wrong connection when sending data.
CVE-2026-92705 1 Typesettingtools 1 Aegisub 2026-10-14 7.8 High
Aegisub is a cross-platform advanced subtitle editor. From 3.2.0 to 3.4.2, Aegisub automatically loads Automation scripts referenced by `Automation Scripts` metadata in `ASS` subtitle projects without asking whether the user trusts the scripts or their authors. An attacker can distribute a crafted `ASS` file together with a referenced malicious Automation script, and opening the `AS`  file executes arbitrary code with the privileges of the Aegisub process. From 3.4.0 to 3.4.2, inconsistent handling of embedded `NUL` characters between extension validation and filesystem operations additionally allows a crafted `ASS/Lua` polyglot to reference and execute itself as a single-file variant. The vulnerability is fixed in Aegisub 3.5.0.

Sandbox escape due to use-after-free in the DOM: Content Processes component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 153.4, Thunderbird 157, Thunderbird 140.17, Thunderbird 153.4, Firefox 157, Firefox ESR 115.42, and Firefox ESR 140.17.
CVE-2026-109254 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-10-13 5.9 Medium
FreeRDP 2.1.0 before 3.32.0 contains a use-after-free vulnerability in the static rdpsnd channel disconnect path, which frees audio formats and device without joining play_thread. A malicious RDP server can disconnect while asynchronous Wave2 playback processes queued PDUs, causing the client to read freed heap memory and crash.
CVE-2026-94205 1 Gitea 1 Gitea 2026-10-13 9.8 Critical
Gitea Actions decided whether a fork pull request run needed approval based on the user who triggered the event rather than the pull request author. For `pull_request` activity triggered by a maintainer during ordinary triage, such as adding a label, the run was created without requiring approval, while the workflow definition was still taken from the fork head. Where Actions is enabled and a matching runner is registered, fork-controlled workflow code could run on the base repository's runners without an explicit approval.
CVE-2026-78019 1 Dell 2 Policy Manager For Secure Connect Gateway, Secure Connect Gateway Policy Manager 2026-10-13 7.5 High
Dell Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) Policy Manager, versions prior to 5.34.00.16, contains an Inclusion of Functionality from Untrusted Control Sphere vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of privileges, Filesystem access for attacker, and Remote execution.
CVE-2026-109268 1 Imagemagick 1 Imagemagick 2026-10-13 3.7 Low
ImageMagick before 6.9.13-57 and 7.x before 7.1.2-32 contains a use after free vulnerability in the PDF writer when writing CMYK images with JPEG2000 compression. Attackers can supply a crafted CMYK image that, when written to PDF with JPEG2000 compression, causes freed memory to be reused, potentially crashing the process.
CVE-2026-64033 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-13 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/rtrs: Fix use-after-free in path file creation cleanup In the error path of rtrs_srv_create_path_files(), the sysfs root folders may already have been created and srv_path->kobj may already have been initialized. If a later step fails, the cleanup currently calls kobject_put(&srv_path->kobj) before rtrs_srv_destroy_once_sysfs_root_folders(srv_path). kobject_put() may drop the last reference to srv_path->kobj and invoke the release callback, rtrs_srv_release(), which frees srv_path. The following call to rtrs_srv_destroy_once_sysfs_root_folders(srv_path) then dereferences srv_path internally to access srv_path->srv, resulting in a use-after-free. This failure path is reached before rtrs_srv_create_path_files() returns success, so the successful-path lifetime handling is not involved. Fix this by destroying the sysfs root folders before calling kobject_put(&srv_path->kobj), so srv_path is still valid while the helper accesses it. This issue was found by a static analysis tool I am developing.
