| In Apache Commons Beanutils 1.9.2, a special BeanIntrospector class was added which allows suppressing the ability for an attacker to access the classloader via the class property available on all Java objects. We, however were not using this by default characteristic of the PropertyUtilsBean. | ||||

| CVE-2016-8735 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 19 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 16 more | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| Remote code execution is possible with Apache Tomcat before 6.0.48, 7.x before 7.0.73, 8.x before 8.0.39, 8.5.x before 8.5.7, and 9.x before 9.0.0.M12 if JmxRemoteLifecycleListener is used and an attacker can reach JMX ports. The issue exists because this listener wasn't updated for consistency with the CVE-2016-3427 Oracle patch that affected credential types. | ||||

| CVE-2026-79657 | 1 Nltk | 1 Nltk | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| NLTK versions before 3.10.3 contain a remote code execution vulnerability in allowlisted pickle loaders that trust entire module namespaces instead of specific safe callables. Attackers can craft malicious pickle payloads invoking dangerous in-namespace functions like ReppTokenizer._execute and numpy.f2py.crackfortran.myeval through pickle REDUCE to execute arbitrary commands during model or tokenizer artifact loading. | ||||
| CVE-2026-78683 | 1 Nltk | 1 Nltk | 2026-08-25 | 9.6 Critical |
| NLTK before 3.10.0 (affected versions <=3.9.4) contains an unsafe pickle deserialization vulnerability in the TransitionParser.parse() method (nltk/parse/transitionparser.py). The method calls pickle_load() with the default restricted=False, routing deserialization through WarningUnpickler, which does not override find_class() and therefore permits arbitrary class resolution. When an application loads an attacker-crafted model file, embedded pickle gadget chains execute arbitrary Python code with the privileges of the user running the application. NLTK provides a RestrictedUnpickler for safe deserialization, but it is not used by production code paths. Fixed in 3.10.0. | ||||

| CVE-2026-73325 | 1 Fujitsu Research | 1 Onecompression | 2026-08-25 | 7.8 High |
| Fujitsu Research's OneCompression library before 1.2.1 contains an unsafe deserialization vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted model.pt checkpoint file, as QuantizedModelLoader.load_quantized_model_pt() unconditionally calls torch.load with weights_only=False, invoking Python's pickle machinery during deserialization. Attackers can embed malicious __reduce__ methods in a crafted model checkpoint to execute arbitrary Python code, including system commands, when the library loads the file from a caller-selected model directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73380 | 2 Supsysticcom, Wordpress | 2 Popup By Supsystic, Wordpress | 2026-08-24 | 9.8 Critical |

| CVE-2026-76404 | 1 Splunk | 2 Model Context Protocol Server, Splunk Mcp Server App | 2026-08-24 | 9.1 Critical |
| In Splunk MCP Server app versions below 1.2.1, a user who holds the "admin" Splunk role could execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system. The vulnerability is possible because of missing input validation in the app's credential management component, which deserializes stored data without checking whether the content is of the expected type. | ||||
