| Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in Windows SmartScreen allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Ancillary Function Driver for WinSock allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in Windows Broadcast DVR User Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Storage allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Storage allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Lychee is a free, open-source photo-management tool. Prior to 7.6.0, the POST /api/v2/Photo::fromUrl flow validates a hostname and its resolved addresses in app/Rules/PhotoUrlRule.php but later passes the original hostname through app/Actions/Import/FromUrl.php to app/Image/Files/DownloadedFile.php for a separate fopen connection. An authenticated attacker who controls DNS responses can cause validation to observe a public address and the subsequent fetch to resolve the same hostname to a private or otherwise forbidden address. This DNS rebinding time-of-check to time-of-use mismatch bypasses the intended server-side request forgery protections and can reach services available from the Lychee server, subject to deployment and TLS behavior. This issue is fixed in version 7.6.0. |
| Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Win32K allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Improper access control in Microsoft Local Security Authority Server (lsasrv) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows DCOM Server allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Composite Image File System allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Sandbox escape due to race condition in the Networking component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 158, Firefox ESR 153.5, Thunderbird 158, and Thunderbird 153.5. |
| BentoPDF is a privacy-focused PDF toolkit that runs in the browser. In versions through 2.8.6, cloudflare/cors-proxy-worker.js performs a DNS-over-HTTPS safety check in hostnameResolvesToPrivate(), as used by isValidCertificateUrl() and isValidTsaUrl(), separately from the outbound fetch(targetUrl, ...). In deployments where PROXY_SECRET validation is not enabled, a direct client that controls authoritative DNS can forge the Origin header, supply a certificate, OCSP, CRL, or TSA URL that passes the proxy's accepted path checks, return a public address during validation, and return a private or link-local address during the later fetch. The endpoint can return allowed response bodies to the attacker, but exploitation requires precise timing, redirects and IP-literal obfuscation are blocked, and network reachability limits the target. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.8.7. |
| Use after free in Windows Broadcast DVR User Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
watchdog: rtd119x: Avoid division by zero
clk_get_rate() could return 0. Avoid a division by zero panic. |
| A time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition vulnerability has been reported to affect QuRouter. If exploited, the vulnerability could allow remote attackers to compromise the security of the system.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following version:
QuRouter 2.6.4.001 and later |
| The xHCI (USB 3) device model did not validate or save the event ring size provided by the guest. The size was re-read from guest memory on each use, and Transfer Request Block (TRB) fields were loaded without protection against concurrent modification by the guest. This race condition could be triggered by a guest running malicious, privileged code.
A malicious guest can crash the bhyve process or potentially execute arbitrary code in the host userspace context running the virtual machine, subject to bhyve's Capsicum sandbox. |
| The HDA audio device model did not check for zero-length Buffer Descriptor List (BDL) entries when starting a stream. A zero-length entry caused an out-of-bounds read or write during DMA transfer processing. BDL fields were also subject to modification by the guest after validation.
A malicious guest can crash the bhyve process or potentially execute arbitrary code in the host userspace context running the virtual machine, subject to bhyve's Capsicum sandbox. |
| The framebuffer device model's maximum resolution constants were duplicated between the framebuffer and RFB modules and had gotten out of sync. Additionally, writes to the framebuffer BAR could set arbitrary width and height values without validation, and the framebuffer BAR I/O and RFB rendering threads were not synchronized.
A malicious guest can crash the bhyve process or potentially execute arbitrary code in the host userspace context running the virtual machine, subject to bhyve's Capsicum sandbox. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in Servicing Stack Updates allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Universal Disk Format File System Driver (UDFS) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
