CVE-2026-114641 1 Traefik 1 Traefik 2026-10-22 3.7 Low
Traefik 2.11.x before 2.11.58 and 3.x before 3.7.14 contains a race condition in NTLM and Kerberos (Negotiate) backend authentication, where the per-connection sticky round tripper slot is read and written without synchronization. Remote attackers can send concurrent HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 requests over one connection to orphan backend connections, break connection-bound authentication, or crash Traefik.
CVE-2026-98146 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-22 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: accel/amdxdna: Remove __counted_by from struct amdxdna_cmd_chain struct amdxdna_cmd_chain contains a flexible array annotated with __counted_by(command_count). Since the structure is stored in shared AMDXDNA_BO_SHARE memory, userspace can modify command_count concurrently. If command_count is changed to zero, the bounds check generated from __counted_by may fail and trigger a kernel panic. Remove __counted_by to avoid relying on the userspace-controlled command_count for the flexible array bounds check.
CVE-2026-112914 1 Tox-dev 1 Filelock 2026-10-21 5.3 Medium
filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. From 4.1.0 until 4.2.1, SoftFileLock can restore a stale marker by name after moving it aside, allowing another local user with rename access in a non-sticky lock directory to swap in a symbolic link and, on a runtime that follows the link and a same-filesystem target, make the lock user hard-link one of its files into the lock directory. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1.
CVE-2026-112935 1 Tox-dev 1 Filelock 2026-10-21 4.7 Medium
filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. From 3.22.0 until 4.2.1, SoftFileLock can break a stale marker after an attacker frees its own marker following the stale read, an honest contender creates a live successor on the reused inode, and the successor's modification time is not newer than the saved observation, causing the live marker to be removed and two holders to be admitted. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1.
CVE-2026-98153 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme: fix racy access to FDP placement id array nvme_query_fdp_info() is called per-path and therefore prone to races. It populates head->nr_plids/head->plids for fdp registration. But nothing protects that pair from concurrent access - two paths scanning the same namespace can race to populate it. Avoid the race by moving this initialization work to nvme_alloc_ns_head() which is called once per shared namespace.
CVE-2026-70288 1 Microsoft 28 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 25 more 2026-10-21 5.5 Medium
Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in Windows Win32 Kernel Subsystem allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally.
CVE-2026-112937 1 Tox-dev 1 Filelock 2026-10-21 6.1 Medium
filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. From 4.1.0 until 4.2.1, ReadWriteLock can remove a randomized .filelock-* private-hard-link directory during cleanup, allowing another local user with rename access in a non-sticky parent to observe a live name or forge a dead-owner sweep name and rename a sibling directory onto it for deletion. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1.
CVE-2026-112941 1 Tox-dev 1 Filelock 2026-10-21 3.3 Low
filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. From 4.1.0 until 4.2.1, SoftReadWriteLock and AsyncSoftReadWriteLock cache a successful check of the <path>.rw lock tree and resolve its names again during later record operations, allowing another local user who can replace that tree after the first acquisition to redirect lock-record writes into directories writable by the lock user. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1.
CVE-2026-83871 1 Microsoft 18 Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2, Windows 10 21h2 and 15 more 2026-10-21 7 High
Heap-based buffer overflow in OpenSSH for Windows allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
CVE-2026-70097 1 Microsoft 11 Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 25h2 and 8 more 2026-10-21 5.6 Medium
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Virtualization-Based Security (VBS) Enclave allows an authorized attacker to perform spoofing locally.
CVE-2026-83879 1 Microsoft 27 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 24 more 2026-10-21 7 High
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Overlay Filter allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
CVE-2026-98722 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 4.4 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mtd: block2mtd: Fix divide error when erase_size is zero The erase size is parsed from the "block2mtd" module parameter and can be set to zero. add_device() then evaluates if (size % erase_size) with a zero divisor, which triggers a divide error: divide error: 0000 [#1] PREEMPT SMP PTI RIP: 0010:add_device drivers/mtd/devices/block2mtd.c:296 [inline] RIP: 0010:block2mtd_setup2+0x592/0xda0 drivers/mtd/devices/block2mtd.c:459 Call Trace: block2mtd_setup+0x27/0xe0 drivers/mtd/devices/block2mtd.c:476 param_attr_store+0x214/0x310 kernel/params.c:589 module_attr_store+0x65/0x90 kernel/params.c:904 kernfs_fop_write_iter+0x3a4/0x540 fs/kernfs/file.c:345 ... Reject a zero erase size before performing the modulo operation so the existing "erasesize must be a divisor of device size" error path reports the invalid argument and frees the device.
CVE-2026-98706 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 5.3 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: drain PS delivery work during station teardown Removing an AP or mesh station can notify the driver and wake TXQs after the station has already been removed from the driver, and can update num_sta_ps and the power-save queues after station cleanup has purged them. sta_deliver_ps_frames() tests sta->dead only before it starts delivery. A worker that passes that test can be delayed while teardown sets sta->dead and removes the station from the driver; when it resumes it still runs the full delivery. The existing cancel_work_sync() sits near the end of __cleanup_single_sta(), after the final driver state transition and after PS accounting and queue purging, so it drains the worker only once the state it has to protect has already changed. Before commit d34ba2168a3c ("mac80211: don't delay station destruction") cleanup was deferred through the same ordered workqueue as the delivery work, which kept the two ordered. Cancel the work after setting sta->dead and before moving the driver state, and move the existing cancellation to the start of __cleanup_single_sta(). The first drain closes the driver-lifetime window; driver callbacks during the remaining state transitions can still queue drv_deliver_wk through ieee80211_sta_block_awake(), so retain the second drain at the start of __cleanup_single_sta(). That drain also covers insertion failures, which reach cleanup without setting sta->dead.
CVE-2026-98672 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 4.7 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: adc: stm32-adc: fix possible division by zero in processed channel In case the conversion has failed or returned zero, processing *val can lead to a division by zero. Need to check for errors, or converted value is zero, before processing the data. In case the converted value is zero, e.g. the Vrefint channel, this should be considered as invalid in all cases.
CVE-2026-74538 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: ISO: lock sk in iso_connect_ind Accessing iso_pi(sk)->conn requires lock_sock, which is not taken in the "ev3" part of iso_connect_ind. It may also be NULL if socket has transitioned away from the LISTEN/CONNECT states before locking. Fix by adding lock/release. Recheck hcon is valid after lock acquire where needed.
CVE-2026-74530 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: hci_sync: hold conn in hci_connect_big_sync() callback There is theoretical UAF if the conn is freed while the hci_sync task is running. Hold refcount to avoid that. Handle NULL hcon, return 0 + do nothing to match the previous behavior.
CVE-2026-74506 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: afs: Fix UAF when sending a message In afs_make_call(), there's a race with async call reception and destruction. If a call is dispatched that doesn't have call->write_iter set (used to specify the data content for FS.StoreData), then the first rxrpc_kernel_send_data() will not set MSG_MORE in the msghdr. Once rxrpc_send_data() queues the last request packet, the response could come in at any time and cause the call to be completed and put. However, afs_make_call() will look at the call again to see it ->write_iter should be handled - something it's only allowed to do if it has its own ref on the call. Whilst this is the case for synchronous calls, it isn't true for async calls such as FS.FetchData. There's also a potential UAF in afs_make_call() in the event that an asynchronous call is being sent, but the call fails in some way (e.g. it gets aborted from the server). The problem there is that afs_make_call() tries to abort a call if the rxrpc send fails, but the asynchronous notification from rxrpc may have caused the afs_call to be torn down. generic/650 plays games with randomly taking CPUs offline, and can interject a significant delay such that the call is deallocated before afs_make_call() gets to check call->write_iter - and a UAF ensues (caught by KASAN). BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in afs_make_call+0x1c90/0x2210 [kafs] Read of size 8 at addr ffff888035e050e8 by task fsstress/1409 Fix this by making afs_make_op_call() give the op->call its own ref rather than transferring the caller's ref to it and then dropping the ref when afs_make_call() returns. This also means that the afs_make_call() func never loses its ref on the call now.
CVE-2026-74374 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: md/raid1,raid10: fix error-path detection with md_cloned_bio() Detect the error path using md_cloned_bio() instead of relying on r1_bio in raid1 or r10_bio->read_slot in raid10, which may be NULL or -1 after splitting and resubmitting a failed bio. As a result, the error path may not be recognized and memory allocations can incorrectly use GFP_NOIO instead of (GFP_NOIO | __GFP_HIGH), which can lead to a deadlock under memory pressure.
CVE-2026-72383 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sctp: fix addr_wq_timer race in sctp_free_addr_wq() sctp_free_addr_wq() previously removed addr_wq_timer using timer_delete() while holding addr_wq_lock. However, timer_delete() does not guarantee that a currently running timer handler has completed. This allows a race with sctp_addr_wq_timeout_handler(), where the handler may still run after addr_waitq has been freed, acquire addr_wq_lock, and access freed memory, leading to a use-after-free. Fix this by calling timer_shutdown_sync() before taking addr_wq_lock. This guarantees that any in-flight timer handler has finished and prevents the timer from being re-armed during teardown, making subsequent cleanup safe.
CVE-2026-72288 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 9.3 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: vgic: Handle race between interrupt affinity change and LPI disabling Hyunwoo Kim reports some really bad races should the following situation occur: - LPI-I is pending in vcpu-B's AP list - vcpu-A writes to vcpu-B's RD to disable its LPIs - vcpu-C moves I from B to C If the last two race nicely enough, vgic_prune_ap_list() can drop the irq and AP list locks, reacquire them, and in the interval the irq has been freed. UAF follows. The fix is two-fold: - Before dropping the irq and ap_list locks, take a reference on the irq - Do not try to handle migration of the pending bit: there is no expectation that this state is retained, as per the architecture With that, we're sure that the interrupt is still around, and we safely remove it from the AP list as it has no target at this stage (unless another interrupt fires, but that's another story).
